Astro Aircom LLC is an AS9100/ISO9001 Certified manufacturing facility located in Bloomfield, CT. Started in 1985, we specialize in hard-to-manufacture aerospace and commercial components made from all materials including stainless, carbon & alloy steels,  aluminum, inconel, titanium,  plastics, custom composites, super alloys and many more.
Our facility is equipped with a variety of CNC and manual machines – we have over 20 CNC machines including vertical & horizontal machining centers, lathes and Mill-Turns & OD grinders. Please take a look at our manufacturing facilities for full listing of our equipment.  We also utilize a full line of inspection equipment and hardware to ensure the parts we manufacture are of the upmost quality and without defect.
In addition to the machining side, our location grants us quick and convenient access to various outside processing facilities including heat treat, NDT, plating, coating, welding, painting, mechanical & materials testing, grinding  etc. Our ability to coordinate with the requirements of our customers for outside processing helps us expedite delivery and cut down on transport costs, saving our customers time and money.
